Summary: 
This is an option for the odd student or for Quick Entry users. Automated Student Uploads are also possible through an Excel spreadsheet. Cohort users can upload through the Cohorts Enrollment Worksheet and that will also enroll students in all courses in the cohort. Quick Entry users will need to enter the student, and then enroll the student. This guide covers the entry into the database only.

Click Maintenance/students Click the add icon
Enter the student record information fields. Red Stars * indicate these fields are mandatory and must be filled in. Save the changes with the green check mark. The student is now in the HSPnet database.
For Alberta users only: Alberta Health Services requires date of birth for student's to acquire IT access during their practicum(s). Enter the name fields. Select the program and date of consent. Wait a moment or two as the screen will refresh. The Date of Birth Field will open on the line above the Consent Obtained, once the screen refreshes.
