Cohorts - Copy previous requests or Acceptances

Placing Agency Related Guide (PARG)

Problem: User is unable to copy spaces from previous cohorts in CFO or regular placement request creation.

Answer: This can only be done at the time the new worksheet is created. The area circled in red below only comes up ONCE and must be used before any other requests are entered into the new worksheet.

  • This screen only appears if you have made previous requests for the selected cohort in the past (select from cohort drop down list).
  • This function may only be used prior to using either the add icon  or the add worksheet entries by searching destinations icon  for your current worksheet.

The buttons are available at this stage only to copy from "previous requests" or "Previous acceptances." 

 

Ensure all filter boxes are checked in the PR status section or the box may not appear. 

 

Select the department, program, cohort, term and course to copy from the drop down lists.

If you have created spaces but have not sent any requests to an agency yet and want to back up and use this feature – delete any placement requests you have entered to get the Copy box.

On your cohorts screen:

  1. Click the go to the group or individual worksheet button 

  1. Use the "Select All" button

    3. From the Action drop down list select "Delete permanently." (Must be draft).

 

  1. Click "Submit."

The Copy box will now appear.
