Summary:
How to generate a report on partially completed placements that were terminated early (end date and duration changed) manually or by using the ‘Change end date and duration’ feature.
Background
- Placement requests may be terminated early if a student withdraws, is injured or there is an on site hazard event, etc.
- A report is available to track detailed information on these placement requests, such as, original and updated dates, hours completed and missed, as well as, the reason for the partial completion of the placement.
- This function is available from the Outbox or Inbox.
- The data output format of this report is .CSV (for Excel).
