How to create a new Receiving Coordinator and provide them with access to HSPnet
If you are an active Receiving Coordinator at your agency/hospital and have Local Administrator access (the blue key), you are able to create a new Receiving Coordinator account for new staff who require the same access.
Here are the two steps:
1. Add the staff member into the database with a staff record:
Staff/Users - Staff Record - Create (or edit) a new staff record (non-user - no User ID)
2. After you have created the staff record, you will create a User ID and grant them access to the departments/services/destinations they require:
Staff/Users - User Account - Receiving Agency new user set up and editing
Once your new Receiving Coordinator can log into HSPnet, if they require editing capabilities ,they will need to go through the RC training and quiz:
