How to create a new Placing Coordinator and provide them with access to HSPnet
If you are an active Placing Coordinator at your school and have Local Administrator access (the blue key), you are able to create a new Placing Coordinator account for new staff who require the same access.
Here are the two steps:
1. Add the staff member into the database with a staff record:
Staff/Users - Staff Record - Create (or edit) a new staff record (non-user - no User ID)
2. After you have created the staff record, you will create a User ID and grant them access to the departments and programs they require:
Staff/Users - User Account - Placing Agency new user set up and edit guide
