How to create a new Placing Coordinator and provide them with access to HSPnet

If you are thean active PCPlacing Coordinator at your school and have theLocal local adminAdministrator access already(the blue key (key - blue.png), you canare thenable to create a new PCPlacing Coordinator account for new staff.staff who require the same access.

Here are the two steps:

First1. goAdd tothe thisstaff pagemember andinto createthe database with a new staff record:

Staff/Users - Staff Record - Create (or edit) a new staff record (non-user - no User ID)

2. After you have created thatthe staff record, you needwill to give themcreate a useridUser ID and grant them access to which everthe departments and programs necessary.they Go to this page to do this step:require:

Once your new PC can log into HSPnet, the will need to go through the PC training and quiz to get full functionality like yourself blue key (key - blue.png). Send them to this page:
