Summary:
Add an existing Service Service

Service: Remove from a destination.

Perhaps one service at the destination is closing permanently or temporarily, and therefore you would like to remove that service. To remove a service from a destination:

  • Click: Maintenance/Setup Lookup/Destinations.
  • Find the service you need to remove from the destination profile.
  • Best Practice: Click the pencil edit pencil edit grey.png icon first, where you normally change/select the destination contact.
    • Select the blank space at the top of the destination contact list.
    • Save the blank space with the green check mark so that there is no name listed as the destination contact for that service. If you do not remove the name here, you may run into issues in the future if you ever try to inactivate that staff member's record: best practice is to remove the destination contact name before removing the service.
  • To remove the service from this destination, select the the inactivate icon delete icon trash.png
