Placing Agency Related Guide (PARG)****


Summary:&nbsp;** To add, edit or delete Placing Agency Breaks: (statutory holidays, seasonal break closures, such as spring or winter breaks&nbsp;  - enter days days when classes are not held).<div

Enable Placing Agency Breaks:










    

  1. Click: Maintenance/Setup/Lookup

    2. 

  2. Click: Programs.

  1. Click the edit icon edit for the program you wish to add a break to

    Click to place a check mark in front of: Use Placing Agency Breaks (if it is not checked already).

    Save the changes with the green check mark. save

Enter Placing Agency Breaks:

    SelectSelect the PA Breaks Tab (Placing Agency breaks).

    Add icon add  to create a new entry.
    • 

  • 

    Edit icon edit  to edit an entry.
    • 

  • 

    Delete Permanently icon delete  to delete an entry. 
    • 

 


Typical examples:

    Statutory Holidays
    • 

  • Winter Break
    • 

  • Spring Break
    • 

  • Reading days or other days when the campus is not formally in session.
    •
