Add, Edit and Delete Program Placing Agency Breaks

Summary: To add, edit or delete Placing Agency Breaks: (statutory holidays, seasonal break closures, such as spring or winter breaks  - enter days days when classes are not held).

Enable Placing Agency Breaks:

  1. Click: Maintenance/Setup/Lookup
  2. Click: Programs.

3. Click the edit iconimage.pngfor the program you wish to add a break to


  1. Click to place a check mark in front of: Use Placing Agency Breaks (if it is not checked already). 

  2. Save the changes with the green check mark.

Enter Placing Agency Breaks:

  1. Click the profile iconimage.png  (next to the edit icon).

7. Select the PA Breaks Tab (Placing Agency breaks).

 

8. Use the:

 

Add icon  to create a new entry.

Edit icon  to edit an entry.

Delete Permanently icon  to delete an entry. 

 

Typical examples:

 

  • Statutory Holidays
  • Winter Break
  • Spring Break
  • Reading days or other days when the campus is not formally in session.

9. Save the changes with the green check markimage.png

 

10. Use close window to update other screens as you close the window

 

NOTE:  Placing Agency Breaks will apply to all placements created under the program, including existing and new placements. The default schedule for all placements will show the break but shifts may be scheduled over the break in the shift schedule of specific placements.
