Placing Agency Related Guide (PARG)****


Summary:**

When filtered to a specific Destination, Placing Coordinators are able to view ALL placement requests for a Destination, including (read-only) requests from other schools.

Background:-

  • View ALL Requests is available only when the Outbox is filtered to a single Destination, such as: Haunted Hill Health Authority / GhostHosp / MedicineIP / MU 13E.-
  • When in View ALL, a Placing Coordinator is in effect viewing the destination's Inbox.-
  • Requests from other Placing Agencies appear as read-only (grey) and cannot be edited or altered. The Placement History table is also hidden to other schools.-
  • All student information is hidden for read-only requests, as per our Privacy and Security policies.

 

Instructions:

  1. Filter your Outbox to a single Destination in the: to Agency section:
      1.
    1. select the Agency.
      2. 1.
    2. select the Site.
      3. 1.
    3. select the Service.
      4. 1.
    4. select the Destination.

  1. When you are filtered to a single Destination, in the to section; in the from section, select all the From drop down list instead of your agency.

  2. When the screen refreshes, the Outbox will now display all of the requests on that destination (entered under that service), with other schools' placements in read-only mode. If the destination has more than one service, you can reenter the other services one at a time (select the destination again) to view those placements. (EG: the unit may also have the service of administration where the unit clerk requests are entered).
