Summary:
Your Welcome screen alerts you to changes made to your requests by another agency. Each type of Change is defined below.
Type of Change |
Definition |
New Conditions |
For Placing Agencies, a new condition has been added by the Receiving Agency, indicating they will consider the placement when their condition is met. |
Conditions Removed |
For Receiving Agencies, the Placing Agency has indicated they can meet the condition and has cleared the Condition flag. |
New Urgent Alerts |
An Urgent Alert has been added by the other agency. |
Dates Changed by (PA or RA) |
The placement dates have been changed by the other agency. |
Destinations Added by (PA or RA) | The other agency has split the placement to add another destination. |
Accepted by PA on your behalf | For Receiving Agencies, the Placing Agency has accepted a placement on your behalf. |
Cancelled by (PA or RA) | An accepted or confirmed placement has been cancelled by the other agency. |
Supervisor Adds/Changes | A supervisor assignment has been added or changed. |
Student assignments changed | One or more students have been assigned to a placement, or the assigned student has changed. |
Requests Unassigned by (Decline or Cancel) | Students have been unassigned from a placement request because it was declined or cancelled. |
