Summary:
Your Welcome screen alerts you to changes made to your requests by another agency. Each type of Change is defined below.

 

Type of Change

Definition

New Conditions

For Placing Agencies, a new condition has been added by the Receiving Agency, indicating they will consider the placement when their condition is met.

Conditions Removed

For Receiving Agencies, the Placing Agency has indicated they can meet the condition and has cleared the Condition flag.

New Urgent Alerts

An Urgent Alert has been added by the other agency.

Dates Changed by (PA or RA)

The placement dates have been changed by the other agency.

Destinations Added by (PA or RA) The other agency has split the placement to add another destination.
Accepted by PA on your behalf For Receiving Agencies, the Placing Agency has accepted a placement on your behalf.
Cancelled by (PA or RA) An accepted or confirmed placement has been cancelled by the other agency.
Supervisor Adds/Changes A supervisor assignment has been added or changed.
Student assignments changed One or more students have been assigned to a placement, or the assigned student has changed.
Requests Unassigned by (Decline or Cancel) Students have been unassigned from a placement request because it was declined or cancelled.
