Placing Agency Related Guide (PARG)****Summary:**   

Summary:
This guide explains how to schedule an email that will be sent to all assigned Supervisors in a given course, based on a template from the Correspondence module.****

Background
Placing Coordinators (PC) may wish to schedule delivery of an email to all supervisors who are assigned to a current/upcoming placement. For example, to deliver:-

• a confirmation or reminder email a few days before the placement starts-starts

a thank you message when the placement ends.****

Setup the Feature1. Contact support@hspcanada.net to enable this feature for your program.

Schedule the email for a Course1. Navigate to Cohorts and Edit  a current / upcoming course1. Mark the checkbox to "Send automatic email to Preceptors" and enter a date (must be after today's date).1. Select a Correspondence template that is suitable for delivery as a text only email.1. Click Save  to continue.
