Placing Agency Related Guide (PARG)
Summary:
This guide explains how to schedule an email that will be sent to all assigned Supervisors in a given course, based on a template from the Correspondence module.
Background
Placing Coordinators (PC) may wish to schedule delivery of an email to all supervisors who are assigned to a current/upcoming placement. For example, to deliver:
- a confirmation or reminder email a few days before the placement starts
- a thank you message when the placement ends.
Setup the Feature
1. Contact support@hspcanada.net to enable this feature for your program.
Schedule the email for a Course

Things to Remember
- Emails will be sent only for placement requests that have one or more supervisors assigned.
