Summary: 
Whenever you receive an e-mail indicating you have new requests (only issued if you have not logged into HSPnet for the past 3 days), the automated alert message will provide you with the request reference numbers along with the term you need to filter to in order to view it.

  • When you log into HSPnet, the default period of time you are looking at is called TODAY - a two year period that spans today's date and contains the next 24 calendar months.
  • Any request falling outside today's date plus 24 months is not going to be displayed until you change your term filter as is described in the in the automated courtesy message.

You can also enter the reference number into the look up field in the advanced view, and click on the go to button – and HSPnet will pre-set your inbox filters to the right Site, service, destination and term -automatically, and will highlight the specific details icon for that reference number in green.

  1. Enter the request number in the look up field
  2. Click the green go to button
  3. HSPnet automatically sets your in box filters for term, site, service and destination and highlights the details icon in green
