RC Recommended Practices on Cancelling/Declining PRs and Data Maintenance

 

This Receiving Agency specific session will go over:

  •  What is the difference between Cancelling placements vs. Declining them, and when to use each Status;  
  • Consistency for using Reasons under Declined and Cancelled;  
  • Use of EveryQuick MonthEntry -screen 2-3for PMtracking NDTplacements from non-User Schools;  
  • Cleaning up or finalizing placement at the end of each Term  

In preparation for this session, we recommend running both the Activity Report and the Cancellation/Declined Reasons report for the last two years for your Agency. *Adapted from NL provincial webinars
