Getting Started - Placing Coordinator

Welcome to HSPnet! Here is some information to get you started on your journey.journey as a Placing Coordinator (PC)

The main functions of a Placing Coordinator are to be able to:

  • Add and manage student and staff records in the system.
  • Create Cohorts for managing students enrolled in a Program, including the setup and maintenance of placement Courses
  • Create and manage placement requests.

Your new account has Regular Access (key - to be deactivated.png) which limits your editing capabilities.

To perform all the functions of your role, you must be upgraded to a Local Administrator (key - blue.png).


To be setup as a Local Admin you will need to watch the training video covering these main functions and complete a quiz to demonstrate understanding of those functions.

Once you have that access, you can further your training by attending online webinars and exploring the Knowledge Base.
