Local Administrators (Placing and Receiving Coordinators) can temporally (or permanently) disable user accounts as follows:

Temporarily Disable a User Account  (remove user access)

  1. Click to remove the check mark in front of of User ID Enabled.
  2. Click Click save changes.
  3. Click:  Close Window.
