Summary: Update the service contact/Receiving Coordinator

  1. Click: Maintenance Setup/Look up/ Services.

2. Select your Agency at the Agency drop down list and select the first Site you want to update from the Site drop down at the top of the page.

3. Click: Edit all(near upper right), or click the edit edit icon beside a single entry.

  1. Select the new name from the drop down in each instance (must be a profile with RC in the role).

  2. Click save all.

  • Repeat above for each site that needs to be updated.
