### Placing Agency Related Guide (PARG)**Summary**
Summary:
1) Users can move their own P*Placement Requests* Requests (or *Placement Offers*Offers that were created from a *Call For Offers*Offers) to a different course as long as the Placement Request is for the:-
- Same department and program.
-
- Same term.
-
- Same
*program year****year or higher***higher: For example: you can move a placement request from a program year one to program year four, but you can move a course from program year four course to program year one.
2) There are two different methods in two different places where these moves can be made: in the**outbox**the outbox; or on the *spaces*spaces tab of the **Assignment Worksheet**Worksheet. Using the**outbox**the outbox option is more flexible: you can move a placement request in *any*any status; using the **assignment worksheet option**option the placement request must be *accepted*accepted or later in status. Both options require:-
- No students or faculty are assigned at the time of the move.
-
- Placing Coordinators must have the approval of the Receiving Coordinator at User Agencies, in order to move a placement request to another course if the request is
*sent*sent or later (please advise the RC of a change so the RC can advise the DC too: there is no alerts on their screens for a change in a course).
3) Please contact *e-mail help* help to make these moves on behalf of users when:-
- Cohorts are unstructured (the program year may not match)
-
- Placement has been sent/redirected/confirmed.
-
- User Receiving agencies must authorize changes to PR’s already sent to them – please cc the RC when asking to change the course.
- - Helpspot can move requests sent to non-user agencies without authorization from the Receiving agency.
