Summary: 

If you are a new Placing Coordinator at your school you will only have Regular access. This is to grant you full access to HSPnet as a Placing Coordinator/Local Administrator of HSPnet for your school.

This video is based on certain parts of the PC Training Video Series prior to taking the PC quiz. (Parts 1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 13, 14)  (1.5 hours).
