Supports available to LAs include:

  • On the HSPnet Knowledge Base (KB), you’ll find reference information, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training videos.
  • Consult with Lead Agencies from other jurisdictions.
  • Attend User Advisory Group (UAG) meetings.
  • Attend Q & A Sessions, Provincial Webinars, and National Webinars hosted by HSPnet.
  • Contact the HSPnet HelpDesk at support@hspcanada.net:
    • Do NOT include student names in your message.
    • Do include a placement request reference number, if appropriate.
    • Provide all details needed to investigate the issue.
    • Ensure any names submitted are spelled correctly.
