Summary: Users can choose one of several options for printed Placement Request (PR) forms:PR Forms (Prog. default) - this is the PR template that the educational Program selected for this Course. Choose this option to use their preferred format.PR Forms (expanded) - this template provides additional placement details and contact information, and it includes the school logo if it is uploaded to HSPnet. This is the most popular template.Schedule - combines3 or more placements per Destination on a single page, with summary information only about the placement schedule, contacts, etc. This format is popular when delivering multiple requests to a single site (Sent-P) or Destination (Redir-P).PR Letter - produces requests in a traditional letter format with non-customizable text to thank the destination, etc.PR Forms (no Reply) - provides detailed request/placement information on a form but does not request a reply from the Destination (excludes the signature box and instructions for returning the form). No Report - does not generate a PDF file for distribution to the site or destination. This option may be used when the PC or RC intends to communicate with the site/destination via phone or other non-HSPnet mechanism.
