This option can be turned on by a Placing Coordinator as follows: Receiving Coordinator instructions click this link or scroll down.
- Click: Maintenance/setup/lookup/courses.

for the course you want to set up:
3. Click the Contacts tab.
4. Click to place a check mark in any one or all of the options:
- Withhold Instructor info and enter the number of days prior to the start date when the student may see this information.
- Withhold DC info and enter the number of days prior to the start date when the student may see this information.
- Withhold Preceptor info and enter the number of days prior to the start date when the student may see this information. No "save" is required.
The default is 14 days. If the boxes are not checked, the feature is not turned on and the students with HSPnet access can see the contact information the moment they are finalized and confirmed to the placement request.

This Feature can be turned on by a Receiving Coordinator as follows:
- To add this feature just to a specific Destination - Click Maintenance/Setup/Lookup/Destinations.
- To add this feature to all of the Destinations at a Site - Click Maintenance/Setup/Lookup/Sites.
- Open the destination profile where the DC and/or Supervisor are not to be contacted until 14 days or more prior to the placement start date.

Select the contacts tab.

To activate the feature, click to place a check mark in the box in front of either (or both) DC and Preceptor Withhold features, and set the time period (by default 14 days) prior to placement start. No "save" is required.
